On The Road With "Olivia"

Adventures on a Folding Bike

It’s Raining, It’s Pouring….

Today the rain arrived and gave us a good downpour. It was a good thing that I decided to put on my rain suit and rain cover for my helmet. I was going up to another office at work to drop off a file, when it started to rain very hard. My mud flap project (see the link for “Projects”) was just in time. It rained down at 5 to 8,000 feet but it was snowing up at around 9,000 feet.

Rain gear: rain jacket and pants, helmet with rain cover and goggles (to keep rain/snow out my eyes), lime green reflector band, and gloves with lime green accents.

The mud flap worked!

The rain was down at the 7,000 foot level where I work. The snow was falling at about 9,000 feet up. Woo hoo!
