Today was a success. I was able to ride Olivia up the hills where I work. Although it is a “closed campus”, with everything pretty close together, the hills are steep and very difficult to climb with the bike. Also, I work in the middle of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, between Yosemite and Lake Tahoe; so it’s pretty high up at about 7,000 feet (read that, not much oxygen). But through sheer force of will and personality, I was able to conquer all the major hills!
