Hello world!

This is my first post for this brand new blog, On the Road With “Olivia”- Adventures on a Folding Bike. Yesterday I received my Tokyo model folding bicycle from Citizen Bikes,  http://www.citizenbike.com . She is olive green in color and I call her, “Olivia”.  I look forward to sharing with you all my adventures and will be posting more photos to share.  Thanks!

My bike just after being pulled out of the box. It was well packed and arrived without any damage. It came with the rear rack and extra comfy seat installed. Also packed with the bike was the carry bag (all folded and zipped up) and the front and back light set. It felt like I was 8 years old again on Christmas morning!

The bike in the carry bag. I can fit the folded bike and all my other equipment and carry it all together. Will work well when I take it to work putting it in the back of our carpool vehicle.

“Olivia” all folded up and ready to store in a nice small bundle. This will fit nicely into my office with all my other gear (Skis, snow shoes, climbing gear, etc.)

“Olivia” unfolded and ready to ride. I added the rear view mirror on the left hand handlebar I got from our local (20 miles away) big box store. It works well and I can easily remove it for packing/transporting.
